Mullin Consulting Inc., Los Angeles, has given Kevin Bachler and Heidi O’Brien new titles.[@@]

Bachler, an executive in Mullin’s Chicago office, and O’Brien, an executive in the firm’s Los Angeles office, will both be senior vice presidents.

Mullin designs and administers executive benefit plans.

Bachler began working for the firm in 1988, and O’Brien began working for the firm in 1994.
