Aflac Inc., Columbus, Ga., will be introducing its latest commercial Tuesday during the CBS Evening News.[@@]

The 21st commercial, the “Broken Leg” commercial, will use the company’s famous spokesduck to demonstrate the value of having Aflac coverage. The duck will manage financial responsibilities for an injured policyholder.

Aflac is hoping the new commercial will show consumers what Aflac can do to protect them against injuries or illnesses, according to company executives.

Thanks to earlier commercials that focused on brand recognition, about 90% of all U.S. residents now recognize the name “Aflac,” the company says.
