Pugh Retires From UnumProvident Board

A Chattanooga, Tenn., disability insurer has announced a change at the top.[@@]

The insurer, UnumProvident Corp., says Lawrence Pugh, co-chairman of its board, has retired.

C. William Pollard, who has been serving as co-chairman, is now the chairman of UnumProvident’s board.
