A San Juan, Puerto Rico, health insurer is updating its consumer pharmacy support tools.[@@]
The insurer, Triple-S of Puerto Rico, has agreed to license use of customer service, clinical services, management and financial software modules from RxEOB L.L.C., Richmond, Va., for at least 3 years.
Triple-S is a Blue Shield licensee that provides or administers coverage for 1.2 million residents of Puerto Rico.
Triple-S will be using the RxEOB software to help give members access to prescription history and prescription price information both through the Web and through the telephone.
