AXA Distributors L.L.C., New York, has hired John Kennedy to be a senior vice president and national sales manager in its broker-dealer channel.[@@]
Kennedy previously was national sales director for the brokerage division at Planco, a unit of Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Hartford. He sold mutual funds, annuities and related products to major wirehouses.
Kennedy has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Joseph’s University.
