A company that runs a personal planning Web site says users seem to be more interested in health and less interested in career moves.[@@]

MyGoals.com Inc., Scottsdale, Ariz., comes up with annual New Year’s resolution forecasts based on informal reviews of users’ third-quarter planning activity.

Interest in finding new jobs spiked for 2 years as a result of the recession, but the percentage of 2005 New Year’s resolutions dealing with careers probably will fall to 13%, from 18% in 2004, myGoals.com predicts.

The percentage of goals focusing on personal finance may rise to 12%, from 11%, but the big gains may come in health and fitness, where resolution activity could increase to 26%, from 22%, according to myGoals.com.
