A large actuarial consulting firm is scooping up a Colorado retirement services center.[@@]

Milliman, Seattle, says it has agreed to acquire the retirement plan services center from Ceridian Corp., Minneapolis.

The Denver center helps medical practices, dental practices and other sponsors of small retirement plans with actuarial services and recordkeeping.

Milliman is making the acquisition to expand its own small plan services operation, the firm says.
