Wellspring Healthcare Inc., McKinney, Texas, will be offering its employer customers access to personalized health improvement services from My ePhit.com L.L.C., Salt Lake City, at a cost of $2.95 per employee per month.

The package of Web-based diet, exercise and life skills services comes with an analysis tool that helps employers measure the effects of the services on employee productivity. Employers also can use the tool to calculate their return on investments in the program, ePhit says.
