LTCI Partners To Start Sacramento Office

The broker, LTCI Partners L.L.C., has hired Jay Ferrans to open a new office in Sacramento, Calif.

Ferrans, who will be a managing partner at LTCI Partners, previously was a sales executive at BISYS Group Inc., New York. He will be responsible for serving LTCI Partners’ clients on the West Coast.
