Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Hartford, has promoted Michael Kalen to executive vice president at Hartford Life Inc.[@@]
Kalen took over as head of the company’s individual life division earlier this year. He began working for Hartford in 2003, after spending more than 20 years at Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J.
Kalen has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in business from Columbia University.
