Former Liberty Life President To Head AAA Life

An insurance company affiliated with the American Automobile Association has a new top executive.[@@]

AAA Life Insurance Company, Livonia, Mich., has hired Harold W. Huffstetler Jr. to be president and chief executive.

Huffstetler previously was president of Liberty Life Insurance Company, Greenville, S.C., a unit of Royal Bank of Canada, Toronto. He also has worked at Allstate Corp., Northbrook, Ill.
