Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J., has promoted an individual life distribution executive.[@@]
Tom Harris will be a senior vice president in the individual life business at the company’s Prudential Select Brokerage unit.
Harris will be responsible for working with outside brokers and other “non-proprietary” distribution channels.
Harris, who previously was a vice president for field sales support, has been managing a team that supports agents and brokers who are selling large, complicated individual life policies.
