Calif. Executive Heads To Nebraska Support Office

Pacific Life Insurance Company, Newport Beach, Calif., has given Mary Hawkins a top job at its new regional business center in Omaha, Neb.[@@]

Hawkins will be an assistant vice president at the operations center. She will be responsible for managing the center’s mutual fund and annuity operations.

Hawkins, who previously was Pacific Life’s operations director for new business, contract administration, and licensing and commissions, has a bachelor’s degree from American International College.

In another move, Pacific Life has promoted Dennis Bahlmann to assistant vice president, new business services. Bahlmann has been the company’s director, risk selection, for individual products. He holds the Fellow, Life Management Institute, professional designation.
