New York Life Names Annuity Systems Exec

New York Life Insurance Company has appointed William Formon as a vice president in its individual annuity department.[@@]

Formon will be responsible for systems operations and structured settlements and will report to senior vice president John Meyer.

Previously, he had worked at Siebel Systems Inc., San Mateo, Calif., where he was the director of product planning.
