Council Hires Blues Legislative Policy Director

The Healthcare Leadership Council, Washington, has hired Theresa Doyle to be senior vice president for policy.[@@]

The council represents chief executives of large health care companies and institutions.

Doyle is the director of legislative policy at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Chicago. She also has been director of legislative affairs at WellPoint Health Networks Inc., Thousand Oaks, Calif.
