Word & Brown Insurance Administrators Inc., Orange, Calif., says it will be selling 6 high-deductible health plans designed for California employers with 2 to 50 employees.[@@]

Nationwide Health Plans, a unit of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, Columbus, Ohio, will be insuring the plans, which are compatible with health reimbursement arrangements and health savings accounts.

Word & Brown has started conducting broker seminars in California to talk to brokers about how the company’s CONEXIS unit will handle plan administration.
