Fiserv Acquires Mail-Order Pharmacy Company

Fiserv Inc., Brookfield, Wis., has acquired Pharmacy Fulfillment Inc., Huntingdon Valley, Pa.[@@]

Fiserv has a unit, Fiserv Health, that helps employers administer self-funded health plans, and Pharmacy Fulfillment runs mail-order prescription programs.

The price of the deal is not available, but Fiserv says Pharmacy Fulfillment generates about $10 million in annual revenue.

Fiserv says it expects to hire Joseph McCann, the president of Pharmacy Fulfillment, and other Pharmacy Fulfillment employees.
