Fador To Be President Of Weiss Ratings

Weiss Ratings Inc., Jupiter, Fla., has hired Bruce Fador to be president and chief executive officer.[@@]

Fador will work with Martin Weiss, who continues to be the chairman of the independent rating firm. The firm rates life insurance companies, health insurance companies and health maintenance organizations as well as other types of financial services organizations.

Fador, who previously was managing director of the Center for Financial Research & Analysis, Rockville, Md., has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Boston College.
