Hartford sells individual life insurance through its Hartford Life Insurance Company and Hartford Life and Annuity Insurance Company units.
Vaccaro previously was senior vice president and chief marketing officer for the broker-dealer network at The Phoenix Companies Inc., Hartford. He also has been vice president of the strategic partners channel for Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J.
