Eldorado Computing Inc., Phoenix, has updated its CSIpac customer service module.[@@]
The module plugs into Eldorado’s automated health claims processing system.
New CSIpac features include the ability for call center employees to display several call-related information screens at the same time, tools for viewing notes about customers and attaching claim records to their call records, and access to employee eligibility and demographic information.
