Lincoln Aims Variable Annuity At Employer Plans

A unit of Lincoln National Corp., Philadelphia, has introduced a variable annuity for employer-sponsored retirement plans.[@@]

The new Multi-Fund Select Variable Annuity contract offers a choice of 29 variable options, including many options managed by well-known outside money managers, Lincoln says.

Lincoln is issuing the annuity through its Lincoln National Life Insurance Company unit.
