Investors Heritage Life Insurance Company, Frankfort, Ky., will be using software from Movaris Inc., Cupertino, Calif., to comply with a new federal accounting law.[@@]

Investors Heritage, a funeral insurance company, will use the company’s Movaris Certainty software to implement SOX Section 404, a law that requires top executives of publicly traded companies to attest to the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls.
