Hancock To Sell LTC Through Farm Bureau Life

Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, West Des Moines, Iowa, has agreed to sell long term care insurance coverage from John Hancock Financial Services Inc., Boston.[@@]

Farm Bureau Life, a unit of FBL Financial Group Inc., will be selling Hancock’s Essential Care II and Custom Care II policies through a network of about 2,000 Farm Bureau Life agents in a 15-state region.

Hancock is a unit of Manulife Financial Corp., Toronto.

SIA Marketing Inc., Bismarck, N.D., will provide training, administrative and other services to support the Farm Bureau Life marketing arrangement, Hancock says.
