NU Online News Service, June 9, 2004, 1:44 p.m. EDT – AXA Financial Inc., New York, has promoted Robert S. Jones to be head of retail distribution for the company’s AXA Advisors L.L.C. unit.[@@]
Jones will manage a network of 6,100 financial advisors in 60 branch offices.
Jones previously was AXA Advisors’ regional vice president in New York.
Jones is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Gettysburg College. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter professional designations.
