Elaine Havens, who has been a trader of public bonds, is now senior vice president of portfolio management in Pacific Life’s securities division.

Havens has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Princeton University and a master’s degree in business from Dartmouth College. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation.

Pacific Life also has promoted Martha Gates to vice president of client services from assistant vice president and Robin Yonis to vice president of variable regulatory compliance from assistant vice president, investment counsel.
