Inviva Names Rogers CFO

NU Online News Service, May 10, 2004, 5:22 p.m. EDT – Inviva Inc., New York, has hired Tim Rogers to be its chief financial officer.[@@]

Rogers will oversee the finances of Inviva, a privately held life insurance holding company, and 2 Inviva subsidiaries, the American Life Insurance Company of New York and Jefferson National Life Insurance Company.

Rogers previously was controller of American Skandia, Shelton, Conn., a unit of Skandia Insurance Company Ltd., Stockholm, that was acquired by Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J.
