Employers Re is a unit of General Electric Company, Fairfield, Conn.

The UBA is a marketing group for independent benefit advisory firms. It recently announced an alliance with another GE unit, GE Financial Employer Services Group, Enfield, Conn. GE Financial Employer sells group insurance products aimed at employers with 2 to 1,000 employees.
