DSS Introduces Health Satisfaction Survey Program

NU Online News Service, April 13, 2004, 12:37 p.m. EST – DSS Research Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, has introduced a new satisfaction research program for health insurers.[@@]

The DSS SatisAction program will measure the attitudes of new, lost and current employers, providers and members.

Survey reports will include demographic profiles of the surveyed groups, comparisons of new data with old data, and comparisons with national, regional and local benchmarks. DSS also will analyze how changes in rating components might affect overall scores.

Insurers can pay extra for overall brand strength analyses and other optional reports, DSS says.
