Charles R. Dreifus, CFA, is a principal and senior portfolio manager of Royce & Associates, LLC in New York. Dreifus manages the Royce Special Equity products, including Royce Special Equity Fund, and has 36 years of investment experience.

Prior to joining Royce in 1998, Dreifus was a portfolio manager for Lazard Special Equity Portfolio, and managed the Quest for Value Fund at Oppenheimer & Co. He received a bachelor’s degree from City College of New York/Baruch School and an MBA from Baruch College.
