Group Health Organizes New N.Y. Dental Network

NU Online News Service, Feb. 6, 2004, 12:35 p.m. EST – Group Health Inc., New York, has set up a new dental network for employers in New York state.[@@]

The GHI Preferred Plus dental network gives members access to 4,500 network dentists and specialists in New York and New Jersey along with a large network of dentists in other states.

Plans based on the Preferred Plus network also can provide extensive out-of-network benefits.

GHI amarkets another preferred provider dental network, the GHI Preferred network that was organized in 1988. That network includes only 3,200 dentists and puts tighter limits on out-of-network benefits.
