M Financial is a consortium that now distributes financial services products through 108 independent financial advisory firms.
AM&M is a financial planning firm that has 40 employees and manages about $800 million in client assets. The firm sells retirement services, business succession planning services and estate planning services as well as executive financial planning services.
Russell Achzet, the chief executive of the firm, founded it in 1977 after spending 13 years in the life insurance business.
