The Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development, Pearl River, N.Y., says David Findley will be the new chair of its board.

Findley is a senior vice president at Travelers Property Casualty Corp., Hartford. He is a member of the board of the AMS Systems Group and of the Agents Council for Technology at the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, Alexandria, Va.

Findley succeeds Marilynn Norman, an executive at the St. Paul Companies Inc., St. Paul, Minn.

The chair elect is Charles McCaig of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, Warren, N.J.

Most of the new ACORD board members come from property-casualty insurers and organizations, but one of the new board members is Jeff Stoll, a vice president at MetLife Inc., New York.
