Kelly To Chair Pan-American

Kelly, a retired executive who has been on Pan-American’s board since 1994, succeeds John Roberts, who retired as Pan-American’s chairman in 1999. G. Frank Purvis, Pan-American’s chairman emeritus, has been the acting chairman for more than 4 years. Purvis will continue to be the chairman emeritus, Pan-American says.
