J. Jeffrey Auxier is the president and CEO of Auxier Management. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oregon with an emphasis on accounting.
He began his financial services career in 1982 at Foster Marshall-American Express (now Salomon Smith Barney) in Portland, Oregon, became a member of the Smith Barney Portfolio Management Advisory Board, member of the Chairman’s Council from 1990 to 1996, and then was named senior VP of investments and senior portfolio manage-ment director.
