NU Online News Service, Dec. 29, 2003, 3:46 p.m. EST – The Segal Company, New York, has published the 2004 Reporting & Disclosure Calendar for Benefit Plans.[@@]

The calendar lists the types of items that plans must file with the government or send to plan participants. The calendar also describes the types of benefit plans affected by filing and disclosure requirements, identifies the government agencies and types of plan participants who should get the filings and notices, and gives filing deadlines both for new plans and for established plans.
