Reliance Standard Life Launches Voluntary Benefits Suite

Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company, Philadelphia, has launched an enhanced suite of voluntary employee benefits called Reliance Standard Voluntary Plans.

The RSVP program will only be available through brokers working with Reliance. The program includes voluntary term life, voluntary disability income protection, which integrates STD and LTD coverage, and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment.

While it has long offered voluntary group term life, AD&D and dental coverage, the RSVP suite was designed to be “flexible and cost effective to meet our customers changing and competing demands,” says Christopher Fazzini, senior vice president, sales and marketing.

The suite will enable employers to design a benefits program that fits their specific needs, the company says.
