NU Online News Service, Oct. 29, 2003, 4:09 p.m. EST – HVBFonds Finance, Munich, has agreed to provide financing for Peachtree Life Settlements, Boca Raton, Fla., according to Peachtree Life.
Peachtree Life, a unit of Peachtree Settlement Funding, Norcross, Ga., buys the rights to life insurance policies from insureds over age 64.
HVBFonds is a unit of Bayerische HypoVereinsbank A.G., Munich.
