NU Online News Service, Oct. 22, 2003, 11:11 a.m. EDT – CIGNA HealthCare, Bloomfield, Conn., has put a Spanish-language provider directory on its member Web site, at http://www.mycigna.com
The directory gives information about the education and board certification status of network doctors as well as the locations of network hospitals.
CIGNA HealthCare also employs Spanish-speaking customer service representatives, and its telephone-based health information service employs Spanish-speaking nurses.
