PFPC Offers 529 Plan Data Service

NU Online News Service, Oct. 21, 2003, 1:23 p.m. EDT – PFPC Inc., Wilmington, Del., has started a 529 college savings plan account data service.

PFPC now can accept and send 529 plan information to and from any entity, the company says.

The 529 plan service can help investment companies with tasks such as computing maximum contribution limits as well as including 529 plan performance information in customer statements, PFPC says.

PFPC is a unit of The PNC Financial Services Group Inc., Pittsburgh.
