NU Online News Service, Oct. 20, 2003, 4:02 p.m. EDT – The Todd Organization, Greensboro, N.C., has acquired Longnecker & Associates, Houston, through a merger.
Todd is an executive benefits consulting firm with 700 large clients, and Longnecker is a human resources, executive compensation and corporate governance consulting firm with 350 large clients.
The price of the deal and other terms were not immediately available.
Todd will keep Longnecker in Houston, and Brent Longnecker, the former owner, will continue to run the old Longnecker operations, Todd says.
