NU Online News Service, Oct. 10, 2003, 11:13 a.m. EST – AmeriGroup Corp., Virginia Beach, Va., says it will be selling 2.75 million shares of common stock to the public at a price of $46.50 per share.
The underwriters have the right to buy up to 412,500 additional shares.
The managers of the offering are Banc of America Securities L.L.C., New York, and Credit Suisse First Boston L.L.C., New York.
AmeriGroup manages Medicaid managed care programs and other government-sponsored managed care programs.
