NU Online News Service, Oct. 2, 2003, 1:05 p.m. EDT – UnumProvident Corp., Chattanooga, Tenn., has agreed to use Staffware Process Suite software from Staffware P.L.C., Berkshire, United Kingdom, to link the employees who handle claims. UnumProvident also plans to use the software to link the employees who handle benefits enrollment.
