Fox Succeeds Corbin As BISYS CFO

NU Online News Service, Sept. 25, 2003, 1:44 p.m. EDT – The BISYS Group Inc., New York, has promoted James Fox to chief financial officer.

Fox has been president of the BISYS Fund Services unit.

Fox succeeds Andrew Corbin, who is leaving to become CFO of WebMD Corp., Elmwood Park, N.J.

Fox began working for BISYS in April. He previously spent two years as president of govONE Solutions L.P., Englewood, Colo., a company that sells Web-based government payment services.

Fox has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York and a master’s degree in business from Suffolk University.
