NU Online News Service, Sept. 17, 2003, 12:15 p.m. EDT – The Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield unit of WellChoice Inc., New York, has introduced a campaign to advertise group health plans to small and midsize employers through print ads, radio commercials, direct mail and electronic mail.
The slogan is, “Consider us.”
The campaign uses statistics, such as Empire’s customer satisfaction rate and the company’s average claim-processing time, to show employers why Empire provides more value than its competitors do, Empire says.
