NU Online News Service, Aug. 21, 2003, 4:55 p.m. EDT – BISYS Group Inc., New York, has launched BISYS Life Solutions, a Web-based, multi-carrier system that can help insurance agents sell term life insurance.
Agents can use electronic signatures and a one-page, Web-based form to start the process of applying for up to $1 million in coverage from more than one carrier at the same time, BISYS says.
Once agents complete the one-page form, BISYS will gather any other information that is needed and submit applications and supporting documentation to the carriers.
