Allmerica Hires DigitalThink To Automate Courses

NU Online News Service, Aug. 18, 2003, 12:05 p.m. EDT – Allmerica Financial Corp., Worcester, Mass., has hired DigitalThink Inc., San Francisco, to replace instructor-led courses on software engineering with Web-based courses.

Allmerica has also ordered Web-based courses on productivity management and the Capability Maturity Model methodology.

A Capability Maturity Model is a standardized guide for improving the performance of a business or other organization.
