Milliman Hires Technology Chief

NU Online News Service, July 21, 2003, 5:17 p.m. EDT – Milliman USA, Seattle, has hired David Swan to be its chief technology officer.

Swan previously was the chief technology officer of HealthTalk Interactive Inc., Seattle, a pharmaceutical marketing firm.

He has worked as an executive at other technology companies and a managed care company, and he spent 10 years as a technology consultant at Deloitte & Touche. He also has served on the Washington State Health Commission.

Swan has a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration from Brigham Young University.
