Conseco Files Fourth Reorganization Plan

NU Online News Service, July 16, 2003, 12:17 p.m. EDT – Conseco Inc., Carmel, Ind., says it has filed the fourth draft of its proposed reorganization plan with the bankruptcy court in Chicago.

“The new amendments principally reflect minor modifications to the non-debtor release provision and related components of the plan,” Conseco says.
