NU Online News Service, July 15, 2003, 4:36 p.m. EDT – Fortis Benefits Insurance Company, Kansas City, Mo., is marketing an ancillary benefits menu program organized by New Benefits Inc., Dallas.
The program, called the HealthySolutions program, provides access to benefits such as legal services, nurse line services, pharmacy discounts and chiropractic care discounts.
When an employer offers the program, all eligible employees will be able to buy as many of the HealthySolutions benefits as they want. Workers who buy voluntary life insurance or voluntary disability insurance from Fortis Benefits can get one of the HealthySolutions benefits at no additional cost, Fortis Benefits says.
Fortis Benefits is a unit of Fortis, Brussels.
