NU Online News Service, June 12, 2003, 4:56 p.m. EDT – Highmark Blue Shield, Camp Hill, Pa., is introducing the BlueAccount plan, a defined-contribution health plan that combines a high-deductible preferred provider plan with health reimbursement arrangements.

Highmark also will add price information to its member Web site to help plan members do a better job of shopping for health care, company says.
